As things are evolving right now regarding the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to inform you that we are doing our part to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. It is still encouraged to maintain your regular schedule of care, as your health is invaluable. However, be mindful if you are unwell and traveling or have traveled. If you have a fever, cough, breathing difficulties or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you stay home, rest, and contact Public Health. You may call the office to discuss your symptoms, or if you are unsure, one of our health professionals can provide you with recommendations or advice. If you have traveled, or have a family member that has traveled, we ask that you let us know prior to your visit. If your travel was to a high-risk area, we ask you to follow the Government of Canada's recommendation to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms for 14 days.
At the office, we continue to comply with our governing board's "Standard of Practice" when it comes to infection prevention and sanitation. We are diligent at disinfecting tables, chairs, toys, etc. Soap and clean towels are available in the washroom for all patients visiting for their appointment. We ask that patients use the provided hand sanitizer and/or wash their hands when they arrive.
The good news is that coronaviruses are easily eliminated by routine cleaning, sanitization, and healthy hygiene habits - let's be smart and proactive!

Sports Medicine Since 2001
Opened in 2001, The Elliott Sports Medicine Clinic is the only one of its kind in Burlington. Dr. Wade Elliott began our practice as Levy-Elliott Sports Medicine Clinic, and in 2009 we changed our name. Although we have a new name, we still offer the same great services and care for our patients. We serve the Hamilton and Halton (Burlington and Oakville) areas but have patients from all over Ontario and even other provinces in Canada.
At The Elliott Sports Medicine Clinic we take a friendly approach to therapeutic treatments. To help you recover fully and quickly, the same practitioner or specialist works with you at each visit. We take the time to treat you and answer all your questions. What's more, you do not need a referral for our therapy services, but your insurance company may need a physician's prescription.
Please note: We DO NOT see motor vehicle accident or WSIB cases.
